Branding / Editorial + Layout design

A venture launched by the Hunt Institute and former Governor Wise (WV), the COVID Constituency comprises a growing coalition of parents, teachers, students, education leaders, and organizations that desire systemic changes in education rather than reverting to our pre-pandemic systems. This initiative collects firsthand experiences, perceptions, and priorities of those most impacted by our education system, and translates them into actionable policies that aim to change education for the better. 

I led all creative efforts to bring this project to visually to life, conceptualizing the campaign’s brand identity and designing the central report to both support and expand the Hunt Institute’s core brand. The result was a modern and clean report that presents easy-to-absorb data, identifies significant case studies, and calls out action items that offer practical approaches for how leaders can enact change. These branding efforts and the initial report design paved the way for further pieces to be completed by the Constituency working group.
