Fidelity Scholars Program

Art direction / Graphic design

The Fidelity Scholars Program was created to help students overcome systemic barriers to achievement and graduate debt-free from college. Fidelity’s $250M commitment delivers a holistic model of support, combining scholarships, mentorship, and community ecosystem grants to give students the resources, confidence, and pathways they need to succeed.

I’ve been part of the program from its earliest planning stages, guiding how this initiative should look, feel, and communicate. I developed and presented multiple creative directions to the Social Impact team, driving the strategic and visual exploration that ultimately shaped the program’s identity. Through dozens of collaborative iterations, we arrived at the signature “journey line” a vibrant thread that symbolizes each student’s unique path, timing, and momentum within the program.

Since launch, I lead the evolution of the brand as the program grows, ensuring the visual language scales across new touchpoints, audiences, and stories. I direct the creative vision for everything from branded collateral to video art direction, voice and tone development, and experiential moments, highlighting student achievement with warmth and authenticity.
